The rate for a 50-minute therapy session ranges from $125-$150. Rates are the same for both individual and couple's therapy, and for virtual and in-person sessions.

Interpersonal process group therapy ranges from $40-60 for 75 minutes.

A rate range is provided to accommodate different budgets. You can select the rate from within the range that works best for you. If it's possible for you to pay the full cost of my services, please leave the lower-rate spots available for those who are unable to afford my full fees.

I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement according to your particular plan.

I offer both virtual/online and in-person therapy sessions. In-person sessions take place at my office in Central Austin. Virtual sessions are held via a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom.

Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT) is a modality of couple’s counseling that focuses on facilitating the emergence of a “Conscious Relationship,” one in which both partners are aware of their own and each others’ past, patterns, feelings, and ways of relating. This awareness in turn helps partners take things less personally, show more curiosity and understanding toward each other, and heal and grow together. Imago concentrates on the twin tasks of reducing negativity and increasing positivity within the relationship, using a variety of tools and strategies. The main vehicle for both of these undertakings is the Imago Dialogue – a highly structured communication format that allows each partner to be truly heard, validated, and understood. The Dialogue is practiced and refined in each session so that couples can utilize its potent connecting power in their everyday lives and unlock the deep, fulfilling love that leads us to feeling fully alive.
